Shellter Hotel

The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with lots of variety and everything was delicious. The attendant was attentive throughout and even answered questions about places to visit and suggested spots to eat. The room was a good size, and the air conditioning handled the heat well. The beds were new and very comfortable, including a king-sized double bed, and the sheets and towels were clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was simple, but the shower was great. The location is excellent, close to the center and the city’s main street. Covered parking would be a good improvement, but I still recommend the hotel.

I only stayed one night. The location and service were both top notch, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was about what you'd expect from a three-star hotel. The room was very bare, though, and the bathroom was basic with no hygienic shower. There wasn't much furniture either. Not having a bedside table, or even a little table between the beds, seems like a basic oversight. There was nowhere to put glasses or a glass of water, simple things you need when traveling. For the nightly rate, it falls short by quite a bit.

Having breakfast in the garden and hearing the birds was lovely. The outdoor area is full of greenery, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was fresh and had a great variety. The staff are so sweet, especially Patrícia, who's a sweetheart. Wishing them continued success. Excellent hotel!

Everything was just right, from the full breakfast to the great location. The service was excellent, and the place was clean and well organized.
