Hotel Telles

Great.

The shower in room 04 needs maintenance because water sprays out in several directions. On weekends, breakfast runs until 10:00. We arrived at 09:40 and were eating at a table while watching the TV in the dining area. At 10:05, they simply switched it off without saying anything. They could close the door and clear the dishes from the main table first, then turn off the TV. I thought that was extremely unprofessional.

The location is handy and easy to reach, and the place was clean with good service. My room was clean too, and both the air conditioning and shower worked. There was no access ramp at the entrance, though. Breakfast is served at a good time and has plenty of options. I highly recommend it if you need a place to stay in Hortolândia.

The hotel is old, but it's been fully renovated. My wife and I loved it, and we'd recommend staying here. The bed was really comfortable, the sheets were clean, and breakfast was very good. The staff were attentive, and the location was good too. For us, it was a huge hit.
