The room was the one decent part, though it wasn't all that great. The walls were peeling and the air conditioner dripped. When I arrived, I found a dead cockroach on the floor. The pool was dirty, and the grass around the outdoor area was overgrown and clearly not being looked after. The kitchen was tiny and felt just as unwelcoming as the rest of the place. Service was poor too: they handed me a key for the wrong room without asking about payment or anything.

We stayed as a family for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The hotel is really well located, and the receptionist was lovely and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend it. Thank you 😘

The room was clean and airy, and I loved the pool and the location. Breakfast was simple.

Cleusa's care and friendly manner helped make things easier for me and my family. Thank you, Cleusa, for all your kindness. I stayed from 28/12 to 03/01/24. The place is pleasant, but the new owners seem to have let it go: there were no bath towels, the bedroom walls were peeling, and the air conditioner dripped water onto the bed. Mr. Owner, Hotel Água Doce really needs maintenance in every respect.

The reception staff were very kind and polite. Breakfast was well organized but very basic, and they have a microwave available. The setting is nice, and it's a standard place to sleep for a few nights. In the room, not all units have a minibar, and the shower wasn't great. The blankets were soft and cozy.
