The breakfast was a highlight, absolutely fantastic. We also got a lot of attention throughout our stay from the staff member who helped us, and I want to thank them for the excellent service. Boulevard Jaguari also deserves credit for offering such good value for the price.

The room had a nice view of the reservoir, and the shower had a strong, steady flow. It was clean and organized, and the hotel seemed fairly new. There was a minibar, air conditioning, a wardrobe, phone, TV, sink, plates, and cups. The bathroom was small for someone using a wheelchair. They have room service and a restaurant, and breakfast was a 15 out of 10 for me, with fruit, juice, yogurt, bread, and cold cuts. The service at breakfast was also great. I stayed over the 2025 to 2026 New Year holiday. I booked through WhatsApp for five people, including a two-year-old. I was told the room had no extra bed or mattress, which I understood. I paid the amount I was given, which was for four people. But at check-in, reception wouldn't let us in unless I paid for the child. It wasn't a large amount, but no bed or mattress was provided for the child. I had brought one because I'd been told there wouldn't be one, and the booking charge didn't include the two-year-old. The manager was there and didn't try to make things easier. Communication was awful, and nobody was friendly. I paid for something I shouldn't have had to pay for, then brought a mattress for the baby. That's how I resolved it, but I want to record how upset I was by the terrible service during the booking and check-in.
