The place is really comfortable, and the service is very good. Its location is great too. The TVs aren’t smart, though you might only notice that if it rains.

Everything matched the photos, and both the location and service were great. We had to collect the keys on the back street, but a staff member guided us to the right spot.

The location is the only good thing here. Construction next door runs from 7 am to 7 pm, even on weekends, and the workers are right on the balcony. There’s no privacy or quiet, and we couldn’t rest or open the windows without being seen changing or sleeping. The photos show what I mean. When we raised it with reception, they took ages to reply and made no effort to understand or fix the problem. They just said the construction wasn’t their responsibility. They could at least have warned us so we could decide whether to stay. The bathrooms didn’t even have soap until we asked for it. This was the worst place for a vacation, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The flats are right in the center, just a block from the beach and main pier, so getting there with luggage, going on tours, and heading out at night was easy. The apartment had everything we needed: a full kitchen, fridge with freezer, comfortable beds and pillows, air conditioning, towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. The Wi-Fi was good, which helped since phone service can be unreliable, and having a generator mattered with the island’s frequent power cuts. Everything was lovely. There’s also a hotel-style guesthouse section, but the flats are apartments for rent within the complex. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend them.
