Casa da Pedra Grande

We were very unhappy with the service. The breakfast was basically reheated bread with jam, butter, and cream cheese in a little pot. You had to ask for juice or milk, and the scrambled eggs were black. The dogs kept jumping up for food while we were eating. I like pets, just not when I'm having a meal. There wasn't really parking, just a steep bank where you could slip or fall. We had to open and close the gate ourselves. The owners didn't seem bothered to help, even when it was raining or we had an elderly person with us. There were cobwebs on the bedroom windows, and the minibar seal had been moldy for a long time. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, didn't cool properly, and made a noise when it switched on. The TV screen was smaller than a cellphone, and connecting to it took ages. The yard was neglected, and the pool was green with dirt. On Sunday they didn't make the beds or change the bath towels. It seemed like they had built rooms behind their own house just to make money. I wouldn't recommend this inn to anyone. You'll regret going and waste your money.

We rented the suite for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. It was in a very quiet, private spot inside what seemed like a condominium. The room was spacious, with a lovely, roomy bathroom too. Breakfast with Brad and Angelina, the owners' little dogs, was a treat.

We stayed in a room with a sea view and had lots of space, spotless cleaning, and a breakfast well worth having. Our little dog loved the space and spending time with Brad and Angelina, the hosts' pets, and Angelina is the sweetest dog on the planet! On certain nights the place also has a bistro, and we had a fantastic food experience there. Carol and Márcio were attentive throughout our stay.

The place was peaceful, cozy, and had a great view, and we had an incredible stay. Carol gave us a wonderful welcome. Márcio is a chef, so the breakfast they served was amazing. We'll definitely return. Thanks so much, Carol and Márcio, we felt at home.
