The view was what struck us first, and the whole place felt new, clean, and lovely. We stayed here in July 2025, in a quiet neighborhood about 25 minutes from Jabaquara Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches around. Dora and Pieter were so friendly, spoke several languages, and gave us plenty of tips. They made our stay a wonderful experience. I’d recommend this guest house.

Dora and Pieter take great care of everything at Casa Gaia. It’s a special place, thoughtfully set up for comfort and wellbeing, with a wonderful view. I recommend it.

The breakfast was a highlight, fresh, just the right amount, and brought to the suite. Our Suíte fogo was charming, with a wonderful jacuzzi overlooking the sea. From pre-check-in through checkout, everything was impeccable, and Aline looked after us so kindly. We also had a flat tire and got all the help we needed to change it and get it repaired. The best stay we’ve had in Ilhabela. We already want to come back!

Casa Gaia has become our favorite place to get away and relax. The suite has an unreal view, and the breakfast was the best of my life, 1000/10. Aline gave us such attentive, personal service. It was raining a little when we arrived, and she came out to meet us so we wouldn’t get wet, even though it was only a light drizzle. In the room there was a big basket of cheeses and photos of important moments for us. That kindness really moved us. This was the best discovery my fiancée and I made this year!

The pool is a spectacle on its own, and the view from what seems like the best spot on Ilha Bela is unforgettable, almost like a little piece of paradise. My family and I were enchanted by the beauty and luxury of every room, and the service was just as good. Everything was wonderful and impeccably cared for. I’ve recommended it to several friends, and some have already booked. I can’t wait to return.
