Osana P.
We stayed from March 24 to 30, 2025, with my husband and teenage son, and the first two days left us with a terrible experience. At the entrance, the parking ramp had a low post with no warning sign. We hit the car bumper on it, and apparently other people have too. Our room's neighbor, who we were told had been living at the inn as a tenant for 11 months, kept his TV loud until 2:30 a.m. on the first night. We stayed quiet and barely rested. The next day I told the owner, who said we could stay there and it might not happen again. But on the second night, the same neighbor had the TV up until midnight, then talked loudly and shouted until 4 a.m., slammed his door, threw things on the floor, and got into a physical fight with the woman living with him, shouting obscene things at her. We were frightened and felt awful. We tried to reach the owner, Mrs. Milene, without success. We thought about calling the police, but worried the man might turn on us. This was in the apartment above the house on the left side. The owner said the inn had never had this kind of problem before, but I didn't believe that at all. Monitoring the place by camera while the owner watches from São Paulo doesn't make guests feel safe. We felt left to fend for ourselves. On the third day I was ready to leave, but Mrs. Milene persuaded us to move to the suite on the right. Things went fine after that, but those first and second days made the stay a very bad experience.
