The only real plus was how close the place was to the ferry terminal. When we arrived, we learned our booking had been canceled without any notice and our room had been given away. The hotel tried to move us into a more expensive room, but the receptionist’s rude attitude made us feel unwelcome and we didn’t want to stay there any longer.

It’s in a good location and very peaceful. The room’s breakfast was really good and generous, and both the cleaning and service were top notch. Flávio was always helpful and ready to assist, and the staff were consistently polite.
