The owner was nice, the rooms were good, and the place was clean.

Awesome.

We booked at the last minute and got a room with one double bed and one single. It still fit two adults and two children. The room is simple and clean, with air conditioning, an air cooler, a TV, and a little balcony with a small sofa. Breakfast was really tasty, and there’s a kitchen where guests can make their own meals. The only thing missing was face and bath towels. It’s a good place to sleep, shower, and prepare simple meals. It’s near the old center, and you can walk if you’re up for it. The owners are super friendly and attentive, and the place offers island tours.

The owners were so warm and kind, and the family feel made us feel right at home. They also suggested some great ways to explore the island, including an off-road trip to Castelhanos beach. Our suite had air conditioning, a mini fridge, a ceiling fan, and a bathroom with a hair dryer and toiletries. There are room options for one, two, or five or more people, including double beds and a simple setup for a couple with a child. Such a cozy, peaceful inn. We loved it and will be back as soon as we can.
