Pousada Ilhabela

The view was perfect, and the pool was a lovely place to spend the end of the day. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to cook, and the location was great. The reception guys were always helpful and very friendly. The parking space is tight, but you can leave the car on the street in front. A wonderful inn!

I've enjoyed my stay here, and this is already my second visit. The staff are wonderful, polite, and helpful, and there's an option to have them park your car, which helps since the parking gets trickier in the rain. Still, I haven't seen the small improvements I mentioned before. The lighting in the bathroom area of room 23 could be better, especially for women doing their makeup or hair. The pool area needs umbrellas, and a bathroom mat would help with hygiene and keep water from getting into the room. There's a good space for breakfast, so perhaps a simple, more natural and less processed breakfast could be included in the daily rate. I liked my stay overall, but these changes would make a real difference.

The inn has a lot of stairs, but the view makes the climb worthwhile. There's no breakfast included, though you can pay for it separately or prepare your own in the shared kitchen, which is wonderful and has an incredible view. André and the staff are very friendly. The parking is tight, but they did the best they could with the space. It's a beautiful place with great facilities, a lovely pool that's huge and always pleasantly warm even though it isn't heated, and very good value for the price.

Hello! The hotel is beautiful and has a wonderful view, with an excellent location. The only things we thought could be better were the bathroom, which is very small and has no full door or lock, and the cleaning and towel changes. Those happen every other day, which felt unusual for a hotel of this standard. Thank you.
