Room comfort 10, service 10, reception 10, room service 10, and breakfast 9.8. I was very happy with everything, especially the way I was treated. This humble, cozy pousada was a great experience, and the staff were always helpful. Carina deserves a special mention for looking after us from arrival through departure. Paola, juliana, and Paulo were also quick to help whenever my fiancée or I asked. If you’re after a comfortable, more affordable place, I’m sure pousada vieiras is the best choice!

It’s good value for a short stay. But after more than 10 days, I noticed staff seemed unwilling to help, there wasn’t enough cleaning, and breakfast had few choices. If you see that the place was recognized by recommendation organizations more than two years ago, be wary. I suspect the owner may have stopped investing and paying attention to the details guests need.
