The bungalows have everything we need, and the place exceeded my expectations. Great for unwinding and spending time in nature. I recommend it.

You canceled the reservation for my honeymoon, which I had booked two months earlier, just a few days before the trip. I called to ask why, despite the call being expensive and international, and you hung up on me and then stopped answering, even after several more attempts. That was disrespectful. The reason seemed clear: since it wasn't for more than five consecutive stays, you chose to cancel. But it had been booked and paid for two months. I had already contacted you during that time to ask about a transfer. Canceling only days before my trip left me with very few options nearby, at much higher last-minute prices. I will take action.
