Pousada Pêlo De Imbassai

The breakfast was wonderful, with a good variety of food, and the location is convenient, near other pousadas, the beach, the river, and some shops. The owner also promptly welcomed us even though we arrived at night, outside check-in hours. Our room was a different story. The mattress and pillows were terrible, the furniture was very old, and when we asked for a light blanket, the owner said they didn't have one. The shower in our room didn't work, so we had to bathe in another room's bathroom and then return to ours to sleep.

Everything is very simple and rustic, but I found it all quite pleasant. The owner, Sr Antônio, is a wonderful person. I really liked the place and hope to return soon, if God allows.

The host is super friendly and makes the most of the space. It's very basic, but it does the job for a stay.

The breakfast was basic but really tasty, and the women serving it were lovely. Everything I tried was great. There was hot water and air conditioning, and the bed wasn't bad, though the room itself was extremely simple. At first, that simplicity was a bit of a shock, but the stay turned out to be pleasant. It’s a little way from the beach and the town center, but the walk was easy and enjoyable, and gave us a chance to get to know the area. There were some good restaurants nearby, plus a small grocery shop and larger markets.
