At first the place looked excellent. The grounds were attractive, the pool was clean and nice, and the room seemed good too, though it wasn't luxurious. The problems started in the shower: the lights and power in the room and on the floor kept cutting out, then came back after a while. It happened throughout every shower. The owner said that was normal because the electrical installation had been done that way. When we went to bed, we found ants in every bed. We shook them off, but woke during the night with ants crawling on us. We also killed a cockroach in the room. When we asked for help, the owner brushed us off and said it was because we ate in the room. We hadn't, and there were ants in the bathroom too. We paid to rest and left more tired than when we arrived. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable, with no protectors on them or the pillows. The TV wasn't smart, and since we were traveling with children, there were no channels for them to watch and no other option. It's hard to leave a bad review, but this place really fell short.

We loved our stay. The service was wonderful, and Ana Clara and her parents welcomed us so warmly. They were always attentive, helpful, and receptive. The place is beautiful, peaceful, family friendly, and close to nature. We’ll definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at the inn. Ana Clara welcomed us warmly and was always attentive and helpful. The place is simple but comfortable, and although it’s a little far from central Imbassaí, walking is still doable. The beach takes about 20-30 minutes on foot, an easy enough walk. We used two rooms. One had a Smart TV and the other didn’t. They’re making some updates, but in the second room the bed creaked a bit, so tightening its support might help. I also found the pillow uncomfortable. The bathrooms are small and don’t have shower enclosures; adding squeegees would be useful. A wet bathroom bothers me, and the first room didn’t have one, so I was uneasy about leaving the floor soaked after a shower. None of that stopped us from enjoying a good shower. The price felt fair. Drinks and popsicles are available to buy, and breakfast is offered for an extra $15. You need to confirm by 5 p.m. We didn’t have breakfast there, but we were very happy with our stay.
