We had a lovely apartment with everything we needed, and since we visited in the off-season, the condo was practically ours. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, with parking for all the apartments, a gym, a bar, and a game room. We’d read that beach access was a downside, but found four access points. Each required a photo and facial recognition scan, after which we could move around as we liked. Only the entrances without gates close at night. The likely issue is that you have to cross a river to get to the sea. It’s an easy walk, though I can see that not everyone would enjoy it.

We stayed from 10/01 to 15/01/2024 in Ms. Ivane’s apartment, D001. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the stay itself was very good. The problem happened at checkout on 15/01. We parked in the visitor space inside the Residencial so we could return our vehicle pass. A resident or owner in a black Logan hit my wife’s car and drove away without leaving contact details or waiting to sort it out. There was a security camera directly in front of where it happened, so we immediately asked the front desk for the footage and the Administration’s contact details. Nearly 15 days passed with no help from the condo management, the person who hit the car, or the apartment owner, Dona Ivane. On 27/01, I got a notice from the condo saying they could not give us the contact information of the person, who owns a property in the Residencial, and that they weren’t responsible. They also refused to provide the footage. So please be careful with this kind of accommodation. A relaxing holiday can turn into a headache and a financial loss. The rental host simply blocked me on WhatsApp. If the Residencial really doesn’t cooperate, we’ll take legal action against the vehicle owner and the condo.

The nature here is incredible. What a wonderful place, I loved it.
