The mattress was awful, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. The whole experience gave me the impression that the owner cared more about filling rooms and making money than looking after guests. My husband and I checked in and went out. When we came back that night, the parking remote they'd given us didn't work, so we left the car on the street. I called several times and sent messages, but nobody answered the number they'd provided. That was the same problem I'd had before arriving: I'd called the inn repeatedly to ask a few questions and couldn't get through. Then we found there was no toilet paper in the room. Again, nobody answered, and my messages still haven't had a reply. Guest service clearly isn't a priority.
