The Wi-Fi barely worked, and two days of leaks brought a lot of water into our room. A wooden balcony step also broke, which was serious and could have caused someone to fall and get badly hurt. During our stay, four perfume bottles and a pair of glasses went missing from the accommodation, leaving us feeling unsafe. We got no compensation or solution for any of it. There was a clear lack of maintenance, security, and responsibility in dealing with these serious problems. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and we won't return.

The team is very attentive, and the place is cozy and peaceful, just right for a quiet stay at Praia do Rosa. The beach is less than a five-minute walk away. I recommend it often.
