Pousada Vigia das Marés - Praia do Rosa - SC

Getting to the beach, town, trails, and restaurants on foot was easy, and there's a little path through the woods by a lake that goes straight to Rosa sul beach. The view from the terrace up in the tree is lovely, and the palm in the driveway is beautiful. The grounds are nicely laid out and well cared for. The road down from the main road is rough, so take care driving. I stayed at Coração da Terra for 10 days and loved it. The price is fair, breakfast is good, and dinner at the restaurant is even better. The whole staff were friendly and helpful. I especially liked Robson and his wife, Francisco, and the woman I called “grandma,” though I don't know her name. Her scrambled eggs are delicious, and she speaks a little German. When I left, they even packed me a lunch for my flight home. They were also happy to suggest activities and interesting places. I thought the cleaning could have been a little better, though maybe I'm just nitpicking. I left feeling enchanted by the place.
