Tri Hotel Executive Indaial

The reception staff and team were a 10 out of 10. The rooms are spacious, everything is clean, and the beds are really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. An excellent hotel, the best in Indaial and the surrounding area. I highly recommend staying here.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and well organized, and I slept extremely well. Its layout reminded me a lot of Ibis rooms, from the window and curtain to the bathroom. The hotel's hygiene was impeccable. We arrived in the middle of the night, and the two receptionists who helped us were polite and told us to park our small truck in front of Hotel Tri in Indaiá, Santa Catarina. The problem came at checkout. My husband went down for breakfast while I stayed in the room because I was exhausted. At around 11:55, close to checkout, he had to take a last minute work video call while I went to the bathroom. At 12:10, the intercom rang and I was rudely told checkout was by noon. I said we were getting ready to go downstairs, which was true. A few minutes later, while we were still in the room, someone pounded on the door extremely hard, clearly angry. A staff member stood there looking furious and spoke to me very rudely: “Checkout is at noon. Are you leaving or staying?” I answered firmly but without raising my voice that we were leaving. She walked away, then called again from reception just as we were heading out. I didn't answer, and we left. There was hardly anyone at the front desk when we got downstairs. The same employee stayed seated, didn't get up when she saw us, and handled checkout coldly and rudely. There was no courtesy or respect at any point. I know people can have a hard day, but public-facing work calls for basic politeness and composure. If she's dealing with personal or psychological problems, I think hotel management should offer support before putting her in direct contact with guests. It's a shame because the hotel is clean, organized, comfortable, and well equipped. But being treated that way wipes out the positives. I wouldn't stay there again unless I absolutely had to. A bad experience with the service is enough to define the whole stay.

This hotel is really Tri, haha, sorry for the joke. We got good service, and our room smelled fresh and was tidy when we arrived. The whole hotel has that nice clean smell, too. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of sweet and savory choices and fruit. It runs from 6 to 10.

One of the better hotels in indaial, with good facilities, but the service was awful. The hair dryer was burned out, and the front desk seemed confused and unprepared to deal with guests. When I arrived, nobody explained anything about the hotel. Upstairs, I couldn't find the Wi-Fi password or a phone number for reception, so I looked it up on Google and called. The person who answered said, “It's written on the key paper!” Mine had no note. When my friends arrived, I saw theirs had a sticker with the information, but mine didn't. Is that how a guest is treated? Then today, at 12:06, they called to ask if we were staying or leaving. The hotel was empty, and anywhere on the planet gives you 15 minutes of leeway. Paying a lot to be treated badly isn't for me, so I'll find somewhere else on my next visits. Good luck to you.
