Maybe it was just a bad day, but the service was awful. The Chromecast was broken, and they wouldn't let five people gather for a get-together with friends outside the house. One meal took an hour and a half because there was only one person in the kitchen serving everyone. At reception, there was just one person handling both the phone and the desk. We paid for an extra room and didn't use it, ending up all in one room. I won't be back. This can't be normal. Ugh.

We arrived around 23:56 on 17/01/2026 and the service was horrible right from the start. The person was really rude. We booked the VIP overnight stay, expecting it to be good, but the room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The floor and shower tiles were greasy, and there was no toilet paper. The bed sagged badly when we lay down. It took a long time to get a blanket, and the one they brought looked like it came from a hospital. The TV had over 200 channels, but none of them worked. The air conditioner barely cooled the room. A terrible experience. I'm not coming back.
