Flat NANAI RESIDENCE

Great!

The location right by the beach is good, but the apartment let us down. It had broken furniture, dirty air conditioners, and poor hygiene. We found dead cockroaches in the apartment even though it had just been cleaned. The place clearly needs maintenance. I wouldn't recommend it, since there are much better options nearby, and I won't be back.

The pool area had no recreation activities, and several pools were dirty with plant debris despite needing daily cleaning. There were no lifeguards either. In the apartment, the old air conditioner was noisy, needed maintenance, and had no working fan speed control. The electric shower had a short circuit, so we had to leave its breaker off. The TV was badly worn by the sea air, making HDMI and USB connections unusable, and all cable channels disappeared on our second day. We also weren't given pool towels, just one towel per guest for use in the apartment.

We hoped this would be a retreat away from inconsiderate people, but it turned into a nightmare. There are notices all over the resort saying not to bring speakers, eat, or use cups in the pool, yet people ignored the rules, dirtied the pools, and competed to see whose JBL could be loudest. We complained to security, but they did nothing.
