A welcoming, very clean place that’s well cared for, just a short distance from the center of Bairro da Serra. The owner was attentive and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

Sr Clevio really pays attention to the details, even having emergency lights in the rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the linens clean, and the bathroom was comfortable with a great shower. The inn is well looked after, and there were lots of helpful tips and care for the guests. Breakfast was okay.

The rooms were simple, clean, and comfortable, and the place itself is attractive with good facilities. But the service made the stay disappointing. The person in charge seemed irritable, kept repeating himself in a tiresome way, and made inappropriate comments that left us uncomfortable. The biggest issue was breakfast. He wouldn’t serve it until the whole group had arrived, and we hadn’t been told about that in advance. Also, while we were out, someone went into our rooms and opened the windows without asking. We booked four rooms for a weekend with my family. The rooms were fine, but the way we were treated hurt the experience. I hope the inn improves these things, but I don’t plan to return or recommend it.

The inn is in a pretty, well-kept spot that’s convenient for getting around. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and a small problem with the bidet didn’t get in the way of our stay. Maybe things would have gone better if we hadn’t booked the whole place with my family. The service felt strange, though. Breakfast was only served once EVERY guest was there, which hadn’t been agreed with our group organizer, despite what the previous review says. I’ve stayed at plenty of inns and hotels, and I’ve never had a host stand beside us during breakfast talking about how expensive everything was, telling us to shut the door so the dogs wouldn’t come in, and asking us to finish all the eggs to avoid waste. There should be a sign so guests can choose whether they want room service. Going into the rooms to open windows without being asked isn’t normal or acceptable. I understand what they may have been trying to do, but it made everyone uncomfortable and disrupted the stay. A few signs with the inn’s expectations would at least let guests know what to expect.
