The location, service, and amenities are excellent, a solid 10 out of 10. You can leave the car at the hotel and get around on foot. One thing I also mentioned in other reviews of the hotel: a shirtless man was in the breakfast area, and he wasn't a guest. He seemed to be part of the management, since he went into the kitchen. From a sanitary standpoint, that also shouldn't be allowed under Anvisa/health inspection rules. Apart from that, everything was a 10.

The location is nice, but the facilities were disappointing. We had no water at the hotel. First they blamed a child for turning off the valve, then said the city had no water, and later said the street valve had been shut off. Other places on the street still had water. The water was discolored too.
