Flats Vasconcelos

The location was my favorite part, right in the center on the famous Rua da Pituba, close to markets, a bakery, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. The price was good for what you get, and I’d happily return when I can. I stayed at Flats Vasconcelos from November 9 to 11, 2024, and Mrs. Ana Eliza was warm and welcoming from our first contact through arrival. The flat was quiet, lovely, cozy, and very romantic, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was beautiful, with a soft bed and pillows, good internet and Wi-Fi, a TV, and air conditioning. It also had a fridge, stove, blender, pans, coffee bottle, iron, sandwich maker, cups, mugs, forks, spoons, knives, a bin, clothes rack, table and chairs, clothesline, and private bathroom. The shower had good pressure, and bath and face towels and soap were provided. There’s no breakfast, but there’s a café very close by, on the street opposite the flat. It was a calm, quiet place, and everything was clean and organized. The nightly rate was excellent, the best I’ve found in the area. My only issue with the service was that the room was cleaned without my permission or any prior agreement.

It was great. My first time on Pituba, and even though I’ve stayed in other places, this one was right in the heart of the vibe. I plan to come back in November and will definitely stay at flast Vasconcelos. Recommended.

My husband and I were surprised by the location as soon as we arrived. It’s right in the heart of town, in the Pituba neighborhood, so it was easy to get everywhere on foot. The flat smelled wonderful, and all the rooms were clean and organized. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and all the household and kitchen items were there. I asked for a sandwich maker and it was brought over right away. The owners and Val, the staff member who helped me, were incredibly hospitable, helpful, and polite. I didn’t take photos, but the flat looks just like the pictures they post.
