Pousada Galeão Itacaré

The location made getting around easy, with shops and restaurants a minute away, the surfer beach five minutes on foot, and Praia da Concha about eight minutes away. We also tried Stand Up Paddling there, which was awesome. The room was cozy, very clean, and tidied every day. Breakfast had a great range of local products, and it was delicious enough that we looked forward to it every evening. Barbara and Junior were always ready to help, and Barbara also explained Itacaré and how to reach the different beaches. My friend and I spent three nights at Pousada Galeao and felt welcome right away. They even offered us fresh water when we arrived, which we really appreciated. I already know where I’ll stay when I come back to Itacaré.

Roberto was the heart of the place, so kind, funny, and helpful with everything. He helped us find a surfboard, buy food, and choose restaurants, then even drove us to the bus station. The rooms were great, and breakfast was delicious and huge. I’ve never stayed somewhere so warm and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place in Itacare, this is the best one. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The owners are so attentive and really make you feel at home. Such a great place, and breakfast is amazing, especially the tapioca!

Beto is the most valuable part of this place, and the breakfast is an extra bonus. Best place to stay in itacare. I’ll be back soon.
