Really great.

2/10
Being near the bus station and having polite reception staff were the only real positives. The room and bathroom ceilings had mold, and the cleaning was poor. You could hear everything in the corridors from the room. Breakfast was brought to the room, with no choice. It was nowhere near the comfort I'd expect from a three-star place.

The receptionist was helpful, but the shower in my room was burned out, which made for a terrible stay. They should test all the showers and room equipment before the next guest checks in.

The bed was comfortable, the room had air conditioning, and the staff were polite and helpful. Internet was poor, with some rooms getting no proper signal. Breakfast was brought to the room and there was no other option.

Things were as promised on the first day. After I booked an extra night, though, they didn't replace the towels or sheets or restock the soap, and breakfast was late.
