4/10
For the past two years I’ve stayed here several times, and each visit had been a five-star experience. This time, though, we were put in room 723, which had a lot of mold. The hotel was full, so we couldn’t switch rooms. Maybe things have gone downhill. We paid 430brl per night for a quadruple room with our two kids, and getting a moldy room was unacceptable. I’d normally give one star for an experience like this, but gave two because our earlier stays were fantastic.

The hotel and rooms are excellent, but the service wasn’t as good. I had to pay for water, which I’ve never had to do at any hotel before.

The welcome was warm, the service was good, and the staff were polite. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great breakfast!

The location is great, and breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit every day. Just be careful with the gym advertising, because access to the gym isn’t included.

I stay here whenever I come to Itajaí. The staff are very kind, and the rooms are new. I think it’s the best option in the area.
