After eight years of traveling for work, I've never been treated so badly at any hotel I've stayed in. This was the worst one, and I won't be back or recommend it to anyone. Some people just aren't suited to dealing with guests. There was no smile or happiness about welcoming a customer, as if they were doing us a favor.

The room was very dark, and I woke up to a terrible sewer smell. It was also very cold, with a small, overly soft bed. It's a cheap option, but I don't think it's worth it. I wouldn't recommend it unless money is VERY tight or there's nowhere else available.

The rooms were spacious, the cleaning was top-notch, and the staff were always ready to help. Breakfast was simple but very well prepared. Great prices and excellent Wi-Fi signal. I had a very good stay.

At payment, the person at reception tried to charge me $ 20,00 extra for paying by debit card. They hadn't told me about this inconvenient fee beforehand.

I had a reservation for a company, but there was nobody working at reception and the phone number didn't exist. I went there in person, and an employee told me the hotel rooms were occupied by company employees....
