Practicing together as a group on my last day was a lovely way to end five beautiful days at Manga Verde. The island of Ilha de Itamaracá is stunning, and the place has a peaceful feel and a close connection to nature. Our host, Stéphanie, is warm and welcoming. She also runs an Ashtanga Yoga Shala, teaching the first and second series with real knowledge and experience. Her teaching feels personal and intuitive, and she pays attention to each student. I had a one-on-one session going through all the first-series asanas, along with some inspiring conversations about yoga. It helped me understand the practice much more deeply. I’m grateful for the stay and would happily return. If you want relaxation, genuine yoga practice, and caring hospitality, I’d highly recommend it.

We spent nearly a week here with our toddler, and all of us enjoyed the stay. The sea, pool, and surrounding nature made it a lovely place, and we even had green coconuts straight from the tree. The accommodation is high standard, with a sea view. We were delighted to get the chance to stay at this gem and would definitely try to come back.
