The giant rocks make a lovely spot to sit and look out at the sea for a while. The beach itself is beautiful, but small, and the calmer swimming area gets packed in peak season. Elsewhere, the waves can be really strong and dangerous, so you need to be a very strong swimmer to go in.

The water is clean, and it’s still a gorgeous beach with waves that are great for surfing. I have a soft spot for this place, though it used to be better, sorry for sounding nostalgic. Now that buildings can go right on the sand, some of its shine is fading.

The view from the rocks is beautiful, so it’s worth walking across the beach to reach them. It’s a good beach for surfers, though the waves are gentle only in one spot on the left near the point. The sand is coarse and hard to walk on. There are several free parking spots beside the hotel, with easy access.

This is my favorite beach. The water is clear and refreshingly cool, and it’s a peaceful place with something for different tastes. The sea is rougher from the beginning through the middle of the beach, while the far end is very calm.
