The breakfast is good, but the room for it is far too small for the hotel’s full occupancy. There were queues, not enough tables, and people looking frustrated because they had nowhere to sit. The rest of the hotel is fine, but the layout causes serious crowding. There are lots of rooms on each floor, multiplied across 18 floors, with only three floors for parking, so the number of guests gets huge. The biggest problem is the elevators. An 18-story building with just two small lifts left me waiting 15 minutes. In peak season, people end up taking the stairs and everything gets hectic. It seems like one or two more elevators could have been added by sacrificing space for 18 rooms in the vertical extension. I wonder how architects and engineers with such poor planning approved this design. Maybe I’m being too harsh on the professionals, but profit should have taken a back seat here. Perhaps the company CEO just said to go ahead with the two tiny lifts anyway. 😱😮😮

The location is excellent, the rooms are nice, and the facilities are top-notch for the price. Breakfast is excellent too, though it’s clearly just a courtesy. We’re Paraguayan, and our room went uncleaned one day, then was cleaned the following day. The staff came across as apathetic and unfriendly. Service needs urgent improvement: they should be welcoming and make more effort to understand customers.
