The food was what surprised me most at Pousada Casa Bonita. You can tell how much care goes into every meal. Everything was thoughtfully made, tasty, and had that home-cooked touch. Since full board is included, I had all my meals there, and each one was a highlight of my day. I also found the place very quiet and peaceful, just right if you want to properly unwind. The hospitality stayed with me, too. I felt genuinely welcome the whole time, and the attention and warmth made the experience even more special.

This has been my peaceful refuge since I was 17, and now at 43, married, it still is. Casa Bonita is my special place in the world. The hotel is surrounded by waterfalls, natural pools, and araucaria forests, and it's a delight. The food, from breakfast through lunch and dinner, is delicious and comforting. The rooms are always clean and nicely decorated, and the staff are polite, considerate, and willing to help. The owners, Marco and Cássia, welcome you warmly, and Cássia is an incredible visual artist. I've seen many places around the world, but you can be sure we'll keep coming back to Casa Bonita.

I've been coming here for many years, and this is my place in Mauá. The riverside is such a lovely spot to spend time, and the food, especially breakfast, is hard to put into words. The owners' warmth, care, and the way they look after you stand out, as does the whole team. The chalets are cozy, and so is the main house. The inn's setting is beautiful and welcoming. It's truly one of those special places in the world ❤️

The food was a real highlight. I'm picky about food, but every meal had something that made it hard to choose a favorite, and the chef pays close attention to the details. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great quality towels and robes, and the lush nature around the inn makes everything feel more welcoming. Fabíola deserves a special mention for being polite, helpful, and answering every question, though the whole staff gave excellent service. The experience was a 10, and I'd recommend it without hesitation 🌿✨ The weak Wi-Fi is understandable given the natural setting. For kids, though, the place isn't as appealing as it could be. There's plenty of space, and a good playground and some activities for children would help.
