The grounds are attractive, and the location is convenient, just past the entrance to Penedo. Parking was close to my room/apartment, breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful. My room was modest but comfortable. The air-conditioning was noisy and had manual controls. The bathroom was basic, with little shelf space around the pseudo-modern sink, but that fit my expectations for the price.

We had a pleasant stay. The internet was great, and the breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a nice bed and a quiet atmosphere. Some furniture is damaged but still usable. The walls are a little thin, so we could hear the neighbors talking. It’s a 15-minute walk to the center, or a 4-minute drive.
