Domus hotel

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was dirty and old, with stained sheets, dingy towels, and a terrible mattress. I was there with my one-year-old daughter, and the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned, even though I’d paid for the “better room.” We couldn’t stay there, so I found another place in Franca or Ribeirão Preto instead. I did that, and it may cost about the same while giving you better quality. The service was no better. After spending a few hours there while I looked for somewhere else, I explained what was wrong and tried to arrange an early checkout. The manager didn’t even bother to get in touch.

I stayed in room 301, and the bed was really comfortable. The room had air conditioning, everything was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the team was well trained and gave 10 out of 10 service. Ingrid and Meg were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Thank you so much! I’d stayed at another hotel in town the night before and regretted it. I couldn’t sleep because the room was so bad: the mattress sagged, the bedding smelled, and the air conditioner in the next room kept switching on and off all night. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Domus is the best hotel in Ituverava, so go straight there instead of trying somewhere else. It’s great!

After hours on the road, tired and needing a place to rest, I found this hotel worked well. It was clean, the staff were courteous, and the breakfast was wonderful. They also accepted my pet. The location is convenient, across from a square with several restaurants, and they offer a very good restaurant service too.

The check-in was quick, and the receptionist who helped us was so kind and sweet, really helpful too. I liked the hotel and its location as well.
