Barra Home Stay - 2 QUARTOS

Vivian was the highlight of our stay. She was kind and helpful from the start, even though everything had already been taken care of. The reception staff were impeccable as well. The apartment is lovely, practical, and very well equipped with quality items. The building feels impressive, with automated systems and registration on arrival, and the solarium is gorgeous. I'd absolutely recommend it.

The reception was terribly unprepared, and the service was awful. The signs for finding access points were poor. The doormen and security staff seemed to expect us to communicate telepathically: there are no intercoms, and they don't come to either the main or service entrance. When I asked for a phone number or email for the building administration or manager, they said they didn't know. This is the only way I could find to file a complaint.

The view was beautiful, and the condo itself is run really well. But the apartment was filthy, with a brown stain on the sheet and marks that looked intimate, or something like that. I complained and they sent someone to clean, which I agreed to, but they did it wrong. It was still dirty, and they didn't even change the bottom sheet. Nothing worked, and I ended up heading to the hospital in pain and anxious. Replying to the response: this was in 2005 at FLAT PAIVA. It was dirty. The internet didn't work and the fridge was broken. Disgusting. It felt disrespectful, and like bad faith in how consumer rules were handled. My Google review isn't generous, but it is honest. Your rating is fair, and the apartment was revolting. That's unforgivable. The condo management itself is great, to be clear. But this person rents there and advertises under your name. Your name. Your name.

The service was awful. I asked the owner where the pool was and got no answer, so I had to ask at reception. Parking was a nightmare and took forever. I had to honk several times. At the pool, security said no radio and no glass cups, so it felt like there was nothing we could do. Completely dissatisfied.
