Jabó Inn Hotel

We liked the location and the room, but the stay left me uncomfortable, so I wouldn't recommend it. We arrived at 10:30, three and a half hours before the 14:00 check-in, and were told we'd have to pay half a night's rate to enter early. We waited outside until 14:00 instead. One of our two nights had been paid in advance, but they charged us for the other night at check-in, even though that was meant to be paid at checkout. When I said I might switch hotels, the receptionist told me the reservation couldn't be canceled. We paid that second night by credit card, without installments. On Sunday night, there wasn't any hotel staff around.

We really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are comfortable, with good beds and air conditioning, and the full breakfast is served in the room. It's a simple, newer hotel in a good location, with no parking. The rooms didn't have any bad smell. I'd recommend it.

A pleasant surprise. The receptionist was attentive and professional, and the housekeeper cleaned the room each day and decorated it with bath towels. Sra Luiza was such a lovely person, and served us a really tasty, healthy breakfast. I recommend Hotel Inn.

We felt so welcome, especially thanks to Larissa at reception, who was warm and friendly. The location, cleanliness, and comfort were all fantastic. Dona Luiza lovingly prepared the breakfast, and that made it a really special experience.
