It’s a rustic place, and the shared areas and breakfast space are well organized. The cold pools were very clean, but the heated one had a strange foam on it. I can’t tell if it was because two people had been using it or if it was hair cream dissolved in the water. The rooms are nice, but we spent nearly three hours, maybe more, trying to fix a tub that wouldn’t heat. It only partly worked: hot water would run for about three minutes, then turn cold, so filling the tub was a struggle. That’s why I wouldn’t come back. There’s nothing else especially different about the place, and I’d rather stay somewhere comparable that doesn’t cause this kind of hassle.

It’s a pretty, pleasant place, and when we asked to have the used sheets and pillowcases changed, they responded promptly. Still, they shouldn’t have been used in the first place. The sauna seems to be just for show. Other reviews mention waiting for a part to arrive from BH, so I took a chance and got burned. I wouldn’t return, since there are better options at similar prices.
