Pousada Canto Verde Cipó

I’ve stayed at the pousada three times and have always had a good experience. There’s a good range at breakfast, and the hydro tub is excellent. What most makes me want to come back is having access to the lower waterfall as often as I like, since the pousada has its own access.

We chose a spacious, cozy, well-equipped chalet with a TV, minibar, consistently hot water, and a charming little balcony. It really felt peaceful. We loved the pousada, which is beautiful and comfortable with a family atmosphere that made a big difference to us. The staff were lovely and very polite, and the reception team were impeccable. Breakfast surprised me with its variety: fruit, fresh juices, bread, cakes, cheese bread, cereal, granola, and even jams. The heated pool was perfect for unwinding after the waterfall, and there was also a shower and sauna. The pool bar was great; both portions we ordered were top-notch. It was a real privilege to bring my 10-year-old daughter to the waterfall, which the pousada offers exclusive access to. It’s nearby, the trail is very easy, and the waterfall is spectacular.

The walk to the waterfall was unforgettable, with easy access and such good energy. We came back refreshed, full of stories, and already want to return as soon as possible. The welcome was wonderful, and the place was peaceful and cozy. Breakfast overlooking the pool and garden was lovely. Thank you for all the warmth and care.

The breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and the heated pool was such a hit that my daughter didn't want to get out. The chalet was really cozy, too. Monica and the whole pousada team were wonderful with my family and incredibly attentive. A lovely place for couples or families with kids.
