A really good place for two or three nights, with an amazing location, very good food and lovely couches and beach chairs. The staff were very, very good too. The building needs some work, though. The ACs are noisy and the beds could be more comfortable. For a longer stay, I'd choose another hotel.

Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices, custom omelets and waffles, so we didn't need to eat elsewhere. From the beach sunbeds we had spectacular sunset views, and from our suite we could watch from the private pool. The bar served great drinks and cocktails during the day, while evenings had good restaurant food and live entertainment. We spent a perfect week at Casa de Areia in Jericoacoara, Ceará, Brazil. The hotel is small and intimate, with pretty flowers, clean sand and pleasing architecture, right on the beach. Guests from other hotels come to see the views, especially at sunset, and you can step straight from the room onto the sand. We were offered complimentary champagne while our room was being prepared at check-in. The Master Suite with private pool (016) was even better than the photos. There were stunning views all around, even from the shower, and the pool and outdoor sofa were lovely. The room felt homely and clean, with a comfortable bed, a large TV with lots of channels (we used it for YouTube music), and outdoor Bluetooth speakers for listening to our own tunes. The staff were excellent, and Gilberto was our favorite, always attentive, friendly and giving great service. Everyone made us feel welcome from arrival to departure. The hotel arranged excellent airport transfers from Fortaleza, which I highly recommend. For a couple's trip to Jericoacoara, this is the best spot for a dream vacation.

LA Plage is one of the best restaurants in Jeri, and worth eating at even if you're not staying at the hotel. The hotel entrance is only accessible from the beach: walk to the end of main street and turn left onto the beach. Staff are there at the beach entrance to help with your bags. The staff were friendly, and the rooms clean and nice. There's a Nespresso machine in the room, which is a nice touch, though each coffee costs R$7.

The veranda was the perfect spot to watch a spectacular sunset. The hotel staff gave impeccable service, and everything came together for a magical holiday in an incredibly beautiful setting.
