Things were seriously disorganized, and the hotel was visibly poorly maintained. The structure looked worn out, even though the Booking photos seemed to be from about 10 years earlier, when the hotel was freshly painted and brand new. It clearly needs a bigger team and better management. We paid extra for breakfast, but on the first day the person in charge said they couldn’t make it because there was no food and the bakeries were closed for the holiday. On our second and last day, breakfast wasn’t ready until almost 9, so we had no time to eat. The bed only had a thin sheet, and we were freezing at night with no extra blanket. Honestly, the place was highly disorganized.
