Awful place. They took down my comment, so I’m posting it again.

The room floor was still dirty, with footprints on it, and the bathroom had only had its trash taken out. I reported the issues to reception, but they just gave me the management contact for complaints. The room still wasn’t cleaned that day. There were cockroaches in the room when I arrived. On the second day I asked for a beach towel, even though it was an extra, but none were available. Only at the end of the day did they give me a regular bath towel. Without a doubt, the worst hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

For the price of the room, I expected more. There weren’t enough bath towels or sheets, and the towels were tiny, old, torn, and stained. The hotel also seemed neglected. The room walls were dirty, some breakfast dishes were broken, the air conditioner leaked, and the shower didn’t have hot water. I only managed to get a hot shower on 2 days. Breakfast didn’t offer much choice, and there was no pão de queijo.
