The service was awful, actually, no one served me at all. I had a reservation and expected to arrive at 10 p.m., but got there at 11. That was an estimated arrival time, as the name suggests. I rang the bell several times and got no answer, then called, with the same result. Don’t risk staying here, they may leave you stranded. I only found somewhere to sleep in Jacareí at 3 a.m.

I didn’t like it and wouldn’t recommend it unless there’s no other choice. It’s the first place I’ve seen that limits you to one shower a day.
