The strong mold smell makes it hard to stay here. I’m only on my first day and already want to go somewhere else. I tried leaving the room open, which helped a little, but as soon as I closed it to run the air conditioner, the smell came back. Even on setting 16, the unit only blows air and doesn’t cool the room. The smell in the closets is so bad that they can’t be opened. The comments about cleanliness seem true, and contacting the flat administration is difficult. Very frustrating.

There’s a lot to like here: airy rooms, a spacious garage, elevator, laundry, gym, gourmet area, party room, and pool area. Great place!

Living here was a terrible experience. There were so many short-term rentals through Airbnb that we lost our peace and quiet.
