Anjos Royal Hotel

The hotel is attractive and in a good spot, close to Tambaú and Manaíra beaches. But the staff seemed unprepared. Our room hadn't been made up when we arrived, and the key they gave us repeatedly failed, so we couldn't open the door. The room intercom didn't work either, and the shower water never got properly hot. It's a good hotel, but they need to pay more attention to the details.

After a long run of traveling, this was the best place I slept during my vacation. The beds were wonderful and the hotel was so comfortable. Valter welcomed us warmly and was polite and helpful, enough to change how I felt about João Pessoa. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, and the location is great, near the craft fair and the beachfront. The price is good for the quality. I'll be back in João Pessoa and stay at Anjos again. Highly recommend it.

The location is excellent, though the front of the inn is somewhat dark and tucked away. We stayed three days, but the beds were poorly made, the bathrooms and glasses were dirty, and the shower was cold. I asked twice for these things to be dealt with, but nothing was fixed, not even the glasses being replaced.

Good value for money. On my last visit, the breakfast area had gotten smaller and felt quite cramped, though I always managed to find a seat. The bathroom's hot water was disappointing, it wasn't warm enough for me to shower using only the hot tap.
