Antheia Ponta do Seixas

We wanted somewhere away from the city center’s buildings, traffic, and noise, and Antheia was a lovely fit. It’s still close to downtown, just a short walk from the beautiful natural pools at Seixas, with good restaurants nearby and easy access to the southern coast beaches. The owners were warm, polite, and helpful. Marco shared plenty of useful tips, drove us to a bar, and let us stay past checkout since an apartment was available. The place is new, nicely decorated, and well cared for. Our room had a very comfortable bed and Netflix. Breakfast was generous and handled with the care and hygiene needed during the pandemic. We’d definitely recommend it, and are grateful for such a kind stay.

The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of variety, local dishes, and seasonal fruit. The garden is beautiful, and the inn feels cozy, with spacious rooms, a strong air conditioner, and a TV with channel and movie systems. It’s close to everything, and the best beach kiosks are within walking distance.

The pool and lovely courtyard are great places to sit and chat, and the whole place is peaceful. The staff deserve credit for the attentive service. Rooms were very clean, and they replaced the towels and cleaned daily without us having to ask. We’d recommend it without hesitation.

Rodrigo’s service was a thousand out of ten, and the place itself is so pretty and cozy it could belong in a charming-hotel guide. There’s a restaurant across the street that also serves guests at the inn, and they’re very kind. Parking, a hammock, and breakfast are all there too. Everything felt beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend.
