The house is close to markets, restaurants, and bakeries, and it was an excellent choice for us while we were taking a civil service exam. We couldn't have picked a better place. Eduarda gave us a great welcome and was so attentive. The bedroom, kitchen, and bathrooms were all extremely clean. I highly recommend it.
2/10
The internet was constantly unstable, took a while to connect, and didn't work in the rooms. There was only a fan in the bedrooms, and no room or bathroom cleaning service. Cleaning was done only on the weekend, which was a problem for me since I stayed early in the week. The men's and women's bathrooms are shared, and the trash wasn't taken out daily. Staff also gave conflicting information about tours and public transportation.

The room was comfortable and clean, and it was great value for the price. Guests share the kitchen, bathrooms, and living room, but they were always tidy and clean. We were welcomed so well, and the place felt cozy and friendly. It's also very close to the beach, supermarkets, an ice cream shop, and more.

One of the best places I've stayed. It was clean and well priced, with private parking, great air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a TV. The bus stop is right outside and the location is good. The owner was very friendly. The bathroom is shared, but it was very clean.

It has a cozy, home-like feel, with great service. It's in the Bessa area of Jao Pessoa, and there's a really good little bar very close to Casa da Tia Tanta.
