Co House #601 - Comfort in Tambau by Carpediem

The building is really new and fully equipped, in a good spot on Tambaú beach and close to the main tourist attractions. It's well worth it.

The location is excellent. A few simple details are missing and could be sorted out with good management, like dish towels, mats, and beach gear such as towels and a cooler. Parking is chaotic too, and if you don't arrive early, you have to park on the street.

The location worked well, and the accommodation was quite satisfactory for the price. The lobby, hallways, and elevators were very stuffy, though, with no air conditioning, so that needs attention. My main concern was the parking. We were told the gate was broken and couldn't realistically be opened and closed by hand, so we had to leave the car on a nearby street, where it could get a ticket. The receptionist even said that had happened before. Parking is one of the things I use to choose a place, and finding out at Co House Tambáu that we couldn't use it was really disappointing. If I’d known before booking, I wouldn't have stayed there. One receptionist also caused various problems instead of helping resolve things during our stay. The two other receptionists who assisted us were different, but we only interacted with those three, so I can’t say whether the issue was isolated. Given all that, I’d rate it 7/10.

Really good stay, from the price to the service. The rooms were spotless and the bed was great. I recommend it.
