El Shaddai Hotel

The room service was excellent, and the price felt fair. I liked the location and the breakfast too. There weren't many breakfast choices, but everything seemed carefully and lovingly prepared. I stayed this October and could hear noise from other rooms on the third floor, just as other reviews had mentioned. Still, the service was good and I'd come back.

My stay was good apart from the guests who kept talking loudly and shouting in the corridors. I was so frustrated I wished I could stop them from coming out into the hallway and confront those people who had no sense or manners, or any civility.

I trust El Shaddai Hotel with my belongings. Six or seven months ago, I left a high-end iPhone earbud there, and they kept it and got in touch so they could return it to me in perfect condition, as good as new. I feel confident that guests and their belongings are safe there, and that means more to me than staying at many luxury hotels. It's a simple, clean, pleasant place, with good beds, lovely hot showers, clean kitchen and breakfast areas, cotton sheets, and tidy rooms. Congratulations to the whole team. I recommend El Shaddai Hotel and will be back in a few months.

The room was spotless and tidy, and every staff member was extremely polite and helpful. I had a great stay.
