The reception staff were polite and attentive, and the place felt safe since you need a wristband to get in. The rooftop pool was beautiful, had a wonderful view, and we enjoyed using it. The flat was conveniently located, one block from the beach and in front of footballer Hulk's house, with good restaurants nearby and quick Uber pickups. Our flat was modern, new, and nicely decorated, with a large comfortable bed, good TV, plenty of lighting, and a useful little kitchen where we had breakfast. The bathroom was clean, the air conditioning worked really well, and everything in the flat was working. There was also a hair dryer and a large mirror. The only odd thing to me was that the bathroom was separate from the bedroom with a glass partition, but it worked fine as long as we were careful not to splash water into the room when leaving the shower. The lobby also has a coworking area.

I stayed in Flat 602 with my wife and really liked it. It’s cute, with attentive staff and good security, right across from the beach. There are shopping centers, a market, a street fair, a bakery, and excellent restaurants nearby.

The building has great facilities and a beautiful view from the pool, and the location is excellent. It’s ideal for some time off, enjoying the beach and the surrounding area. The only drawback was the coworking space: it’s open to the reception, and sometimes just becomes part of it. We were working on a few of those days. Otherwise, I thought it was amazing and will definitely come back to see more units. There are several Get developments in the area, and it’s really tempting to buy one too.

Get by Side is excellent. Flat 433 is fully equipped, stylish, clean, and well organized. The development has great facilities, including a rooftop with a spectacular view, and it’s only about 50 meters from the beach. I loved everything.
